Professional Background:
Professor Ibach brings over 30 years of experience in clinical radiography, radiation therapy, and higher education. Before joining the faculty at Yuba College, she held key positions, including Supervisor of Radiation Oncology at Fremont-Rideout Cancer Center and Assistant Chief Technologist and Staff Technologist at multiple healthcare facilities. Known for her student-centered approach, Professor Ibach is dedicated to mentoring students as they advance through the rigorous Radiologic Technology program.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As Clinical Coordinator, Professor Ibach oversees the clinical components of the Radiologic Technology program, working closely with affiliated hospitals and medical centers to ensure students gain hands-on experience in a variety of clinical settings. This role includes supervising clinical rotations, coordinating with clinical instructors (Preceptors), and evaluating student performance. In addition, Professor Ibach serves as the Radiation Safely Officer for the Yuba College Radiologic Technology Program.
