Ellen Judd

Welcome! My name is Ellen Judd and I teach physics at Woodland Community College. In my classes we use the laws of physics to explore the mysteries of the universe. 

I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading, and playing board games. If you meet with me on Zoom you will probably see my cat, Ace, sitting on my lap or walking on my keyboard.

I see physics everywhere I go, and I love revealing the physics that underlies your everyday experiences. After taking my class, I hope that you will think about kinematics while driving, and Faraday's law while charging your phone.
