I taught High School Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry, and Math for 37 years, the first 32 in Wisconsin and the last 5 in Natomas, before retiring in 2024. I wanted to keep teaching part-time, and started tutoring at WCC in 2025. I work Mondays through Thursdays at WCC. I spend summers and parts of the fall and spring in Wisconsin, where I enjoy playing with two of my grandchildren. I also have a grandson in San Diego, where I also travel a few times a year. When I am away from Woodland, I am available for tutoring through Zoom. I live in Woodland, and in my free time, I enjoy reading, playing piano, biking, and taking a daily walk in my local park with friends.
This count includes only views we can identify as human. Search engines and AI crawlers made up a large share of the previous figure — one crawler alone viewed every profile on this site twice in two days.
Counting under the new method began in August 2026, so this number reflects recent views rather than a running total. It will grow as the term progresses.
