Matthew Dudman

Matthew P. Dudman, Esq. JD/MBA teaches a wide variety of business-related courses at Woodland Community College. He also serves as Director of the Law Program at California State University, Maritime, where he lectures in business and economics, as well as law, and also teaches business and music at Solano College. Mr. Dudman is also a practicing attorney and musician. Mr. Dudman holds an MBA and bachelor's degree from UC Davis and an LL.M. in taxation from San Francisco's Golden Gate University where he earned a merit scholarship award and graduated with honors. He graduated from Tulane Law School in New Orleans in 1996 with a Juris Doctorate degree, earning a European Legal Practice certificate while serving on the Journal of International and Comparative Law. As an attorney, Mr. Dudman practices real estate, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, securities and employment law. He was formerly Assistant General Counsel with Copart, Inc. and, before that, skyscraper law firms in Sacramento and San Jose, California, and has published articles and spoken in the areas of taxation and securities, as well as in the music field.
