How do I pick a major? Which career path fits for me? Like so many students, I struggled with these questions. After considering MANY majors, I completed a B.S. in Biological Sciences and minor in Psychology from UC Davis. I worked in scientific research before changing career directions to work in higher education and I haven’t looked back! Experience at UC Davis (Transfer Admission Counselor and College of Biological Sciences Advisor) and completion of a M.S in Counseling (Career Specialization) from CSU Sacramento led me to my favorite career so far – counselor at Woodland Community College. It is a privilege to help students plan, navigate, and achieve their personal, academic, and career goals. I look forward to working with you!
