Welcome to English at WCC! Studying literature can introduce you to worlds, change your worldview, and open new dimensions in yourself. As a teacher, I am excited to read texts together and discuss them in a free environment. These days, I like to teach from a wide variety of genres, including novels, poetry, podcasts, films, video clips, graphic novels, memes, articles, music and audiobooks. Meeting thoughtful students and learning about their passions is one of the great joys that makes me love my job. I've had a lot of experiences that I enjoy sharing about, from living in countries like Chile and Argentina, playing basketball around the world, to living in a redwood forest. I look forward to hearing your story and helping you succeed in your academic journey.
