Welcome Eagles and future Eagles. My name is Dinah Nucum.
I am a Communication Studies Instructor at Woodland Community College since 2019 and in the CSU (since 2015). I taught various communication studies courses such as small group, intercultural, and public speaking.
I earned my Masters in Communication Studies from CSU, Northridge and my Bachelor's degree in Human Developmentfrom UC Davis. Since then, I serve various student populations in different colleges: University of Guam, CSU Northridge, and CSU Bakersfield where my role was as an educational specifalist, academic advisor, and now instructor. As an instructor, I love learning about how your experiences while using my expertise to creativley connect them to the course you are taking.
When I am not teaching, I travel, design notebooks, and design infographics for educators.
Glad to have you here.
