This is a place where faculty and Yuba College Employees affiliated with Mathematics and Statistics can come together and share their expertise, share ideas, and to learn from one another. Math Teaching community provides a space and a structure for math faculty (full time and part time) to brainstorm about solutions to common and critical teaching or technology related issues and learn from each other. Math teaching community promotes equity and diversity by sharing best practices for inclusive teaching and bringing sense of belongingness between Math Faculty and their Love of the subject, teaching and wanting to grow personally and professionally.  This semester, different Math Faculty signed up to lead one of our meetings.  The Faculty member who signed up to lead will be picking the topic.  This meeting will be lead by Mark Lydon and Christoph Noffsinger.

We encourage participants to come in person.  But if needed, for most meetings, we could set up a Zoom link.  If you would like to participate through Zoom, please email Erika Noffsinger at enoffsin@yccd.edu.
